This was a fun week for projects. The kids loves all of them. Monday we had a Call of Duty day and made marshmallow guns. The kids thought they were sweet. They got to pick what tape they wanted and where to decorate their guns. The only problem was the marshmallows got wet and got stuck in the curves. We had to take them apart so it was just a straight gun, they worked a lot better that way.
If they got tired of shooting each other they did have a few zombie pictures around the yard to shoot.
Wednesday we made Jello oranges.
The best way to eat them must have been to eat them by the pool. It was so hot outside, it made a good cool treat. All the kids thought they were pretty cool.
Tuesday we went to Hands On to paint. The kids liked it,but didn't like having to do 3 coats of paint.
Jacks even did one and thought it was pretty funny to paint.
Camden made a tank. Beck made a mug. Emery made a Hello Kitty jewelry box and Jacks painted an angry bird, which was fitting for how he was while trying to take this picture.
Friday we did a sticky city. It was contact paper taped to the window. I cut out shape and they created whatever they wanted from that. They spent a good hour creating things.
The boys love Minecraft, so they really got into this. They made a subway, bank, houses, and restaurants.
