Emery Smash

This month was Emery's special night and she wanted to do a smash room. You are given a bunch of... well junk, and you smash it to bits. Maybe sounds weird but it is very nice. Very therapeutic too.

What we got to smash, plus we got a windshield.

This was on a Friday. That whole week at work it was just 2 of us at work, me and one other girl. This is a team that normally has 5-6 when we are fully staffed. Needless to say it was a tough week, and the first hit into that windshield was very nice. Lots of annoyance from the week was smashed as well.

After you could sign the wall and take pictures by the front wall. It was a lot of fun and we'll be doing it again.

Picture Dump

It's been a while and pictures have been adding up on my phone, nothing super big has happened, just a few small things here and there.

Fourth of July we stayed in Boise. It was a warm day so we did swimming at the pool by our house. This was most of the group trying to blow up a unicorn floaty.

Then a BBQ and fireworks at Paul's. The kids loved it and loved spending time with family.

Later that week was the Barnes Reunion in Bear Lake. Lots of family and sun. Beckham said that Zips has the best chicken sandwich ever and had a few while there. This year I did not go; it was honestly really nice to be alone for a few days. Right now I'm never alone, so alone time was really nice. I did miss the noise, so I was very excited for when everyone came home.

Eevee... after a rough day of being a lazy dog.
Cam drove us to Paul's to pick up Zander. However when we got to Paul's Cam couldn't find his permit, so I said he can't drive. Zander just got his as well, so he drove us home. I am much more calm than I thought I would be when it came to all the new drivers. They all go so slow which helps me to stay calm, but then have moments of being absent minded, which does not.
Jackson has been working on drawing and doing better at that. This was one thing he recently did, I thought it looked good.

Cheesecake

We haven't done a 'best of' in a while, so last weekend we decided to do another one. This one, however, will take us a few months. We are going to try all, (almost all) of the cheesecakes from Cheesecake Factory. We took a few off to make it 25 total. The first week we tried Cinnabon, Celebration, Original and Red Velvet. They gave us 2 Red Velvet, it was supposed to be vanilla bean. This weeks Winner was Red Velvet. We'll do it again in a week or so and keep doing them until we have a winner of them all.

Back at it Again

He passed! Well he passed the class, we now have at least 6 months driving with Camden on his permit. While I still love that they didn't do it together, teaching one child then turning right around and starting the next is just as bad. He is VERY slow at everything. Once in a while he'll turn real quick, but not often. We've been passed quite a bit. He doesn't like going very fast.
We got a text from Beck that said he didn't think he could drive the car home from work, the tires flat. And boy was it flat. Not sure what happened. Cam drove the night before but didn't hit anything, and the next day it's this once Beck gets to work. Yay for new drivers and Yay for car repairs. It is good though no one was hurt.

Little of What's Up

I work upstairs all day and most days I just eat lunch at my desk while working. The dogs beg all the time, but they know I hate it and tell them to leave...IF I see them. They thought they were being sneaky this day, but not so much.
Brad did shoes for Jacks and Beck. Cam liked the idea and since his cousin Zander's birthday was soon, he wanted to make some for him. They turned out pretty good. He went to Walmart just to get the blue poster just for these pictures.
