Emery and her friend Jenna have been watching all of the Jurassic Park movies. One of the times they got matching shirts and tattoos. They also had dino snacks to go with it.
Then during another one they made a dino cake. They are going to finish that marathon this week with the new movie.
Last week was a concert weekend for the boys. Cam and Cailey went to the Boise Music Fest. They had a lot of fun and saw a few older bands, like Sir Mix-a-Lot.
Same weekend Beck went to California with Paul and Zander to see Metallica and Limp Bizkit. This is Beck's summer of concerts. This was the only photo from the whole trip. The highlight was a taco place their first day, and the concert.
Camp is over. It was the same week as the reunion, so I didn't actually attend. It was fun, stressful, hard, easy, not bad but maybe a little bad to plan. I didn't know it would be all of those all at once.
Each girl was given a letter from their parent(s). Our theme was 'Just Keep Swimming' and we put all the letters in a bottle to find at the end of a Faith Walk. This and the Journal/bookmark were my favorite parts of the camp-at least the parts I saw.
Bottle were such a good idea.
Me OCD? Never. Okay I made lists upon lists and marked them all off. Having it all marked off was very therapeutic.
Thankfully I had an amazing group of leaders who were able to go and take the reigns and make camp what it was. Not a ton in my closet, but enough. While not really that bad, I don't know if I would ever do it again. ....but maybe I would in a few years.
