Vegas Day 3

Day three started at the Luxor and going to Bodies or The Titanic museum. It was half and half who wanted to do the different ones. Brad, Emery and Beck went to Titanic. You are given a name of someone on the ship and by the end you know if you lived or died. It has a lot of things from the ship or replicas as well. Emery lived (her person was a woman) Brad and Becks did not.

Jacks, Cam and I went to Bodies. It has bodies showing all parts, tissues and organs of the body. Bodies are amazing but seeing the blood vessels that run all through your arm is just crazy to see. Seeing a heart or brain. It showed ones that had a disease of some sort, and just the difference from healthy to not is humbling. A brain with Alzheimer's was sad to see. There is a fetal room and seeing how quickly a baby looks like a very tiny human is shocking.

Today was Jackson's meal pick. We went to Rollin' Smoke BBQ and it was my favorite. The sauces were really good and the meat was very good.

After we went to MewWolf or Area 15 or Omega Mart. I really don't know which is was called, and which was a small section of the building. It was cool to see, but also not that amazing.
The thing that brings people here is the Omega Mart. It is a maze on the backside of a grocery store. You can enter into a bunch of random doors or paths and they take you all over the back. The back is almost a fever dream. I really don't know how to explain it.

One room was a strobe light that would blink really bright then afterwards it would have a picture of the room on the wall. It was the coolest room I thought.
After we did that Emery and Jackson did a zip line. It was a long wait but the kids liked it. Maybe not worth the wait but still good. I got one am not a fan of things that high up.

After we went to a few stores around Vegas. We went picked a place to try some Mexican food. We chose a cantina first (should have been a flag but wasn't). When we finally got there and to the door, we saw it was a bar and only for 21 and up. Thankfully there was one close by and we chose that. I thought all the food, except for Brad's was good. We got some Italian Ice afterwards and spent the rest of the evening at home. Not as much walking but still a lot and still very tried feet.

Vegas Day 2

This day started with going to the Miracle Mile Mall on the strip. It's a ton of stored about a mile long when you walk, I'm pretty sure more. We went to all of the stores and one of the stops was Emery's lunch. It was call Flight and it was a tapas bar. (everything in Vegas is also a bar) Emery, Cam and Beck got Tapas, the rest of us got meals. I thought it was really good. Emery loved her French toast, the banana was actually her favorite one.
One stop outside of the mall was the M&M shop. It was four levels of M&M merch. Emery and Jacks loved it. So many M&M's to take your photo with. It was the first place that got Jacks to spend his money.

One thing I will say for Vegas now, is there are go many spots for photos and so many family things to do. Not all are free, but it is a lot better now for families than it once was.
We walked the strip a bit more. This is at It's Sugar.
After walking about 11,000 steps now, we stopped at Excalibur and just let the kids play in an arcade. It didn't last a really long time, but it was a good rest.
We were trying to just stay on the strip because we had a show that night. We found a Stranger Things walkthrough and tried it out. It wasn't huge but it was fun to talk around. We actually did this after M&M.
Really, Jackson loved this the most.

Trying to show Eleven doing her powers on them....
Jacks interpretation.

We walked over the the New York New York because it was close to the car and our show that night. Emery saw bag for the Hello Kitty Cafe and knew we had to find one. We did outside of the casino and she was in heaven.

She got a banner and has it in her room now.
That night we went to Michael Jackson One show that night. It was really a good show. It was just a ton of his songs with dancers, acrobats and other performers.
The one picture I got. Notice the top people, high in the air.
We ended with like 10 miles+ of walking that day. It was our biggest walking day, hottest walking day, but it really was a good and fun day. We saw and did so much.
